HOW DO I BEGIN WORK WITH PREMIERtransaction?
Reach out to us at info@PREMIERtransaction.com. We will share our services and price sheet plus our new client information sheet to be completed before the first transaction.
HOW DO I SEND YOU A TRANSACTION TO WORK?
Send the completed documents you have in an email to info@PREMIERtransaction.com or send an email to Holly with documents you need created for the transaction and the details. Once you send us an email with a transaction to begin, that is our agreement to assign a TC and begin our paid services.
HOW DO I PAY PREMIERtransaction FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED?
We are happy to extend credit to our agents for a complete CONTRACT TO CLOSE or LISTING TO CLOSE transaction. We wait to be paid at closing as a courtesy so that our agents are not out of pocket. We have the broker include our transaction fee on the split check CDA and we are paid by title. If your state does not include TCs on a split check CDA, we invoice the day of closing. For all PRE-PAID Contract to Close or Listing to Close transactions, we offer a $50 discount. All other services that we provide are invoiced up front and payment is due for us to get started on the task.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRANSACTION TERMINATES?
We are a service provider just like the inspector or photographer to the transaction. Our TCs are paid by PREMIERtransaction for their time each week. The termination fee will depend on the service being provided, where in the transaction timeline the termination occurred and the TCs time spent on the file. All transactions differ on time and services and each termination will be invoiced for the specifics to that file.
