Agent-to-Agent Referral Program

At Premier Transaction, we believe strong partnerships build stronger businesses.

Our Agent-to-Agent Referral Program is designed to make sending and receiving referrals simple, compliant, and seamless — while ensuring clear expectations for all parties involved.

• Referral Fee: 25%
• Referral Term Length: One (1) year
• The referral fee is due for the full length of the referral term and applies specifically to the referral type submitted (Buy Side or Sell Side).

If a referral includes both the Buy and Sell side, the following applies:

• Two (2) separate referral submissions must be completed
• Each referral must clearly reference the dual referral in the Notes Section of the submission form
• Each side will be treated as its own referral agreement

This ensures clarity in documentation, tracking and compliance.

Premier Transaction will:

✔ Prepare the referral agreement
✔ Collect all required signatures
✔ Ensure proper documentation and compliance
✔ Track the referral through closing
